ONE MAN BAND - kewego
ONE MAN BAND - kewego

There's not too many things I get excited about - really. I could probably count them on one hand. And there's not too many things I come across that actually makes me stop in my tracks and rethink everything I'm doing and the direction I'm going.

For example, getting married 26 years ago was a life changer. When I met my wife I stopped in my tracks and within 13 months of first meeting her, we were married. One of the best things I ever did.

Life changer! A Definite Direction Changer!

When we had our first child, actually a daughter I prayed for, this was a life changer. She was a very beautiful newborn baby. And I still treat her today likes she's a newborn (eventhough she's a mother of four herself!) Every time I see her it makes me think about the happy day she was born. She was a marvelous miracle and an answer to prayer.

Life changer! Direction changer!

And I've had a few more events in my personal life that have made me stop in my tracks and rethink the direction I was moving. Such as when we lost everything (I think I already told you about being homeless, losing my job and my car being broke down before.) Though it was a very negative situation, it was definitely a...

Life changer! Direction changer!

And in my business life, one of the most exciting moments I had is when I created an information site on how to get guaranteed signups in Take the Internet Back. It was (and still is) a $7 product and I made over $3000 within the first 2-3 weeks with that product. It was my second attempt at creating a product from scratch. I was astounded at my email account the first day when I was seeing "Notification of payment" emails filling my inbox! I ran to my wife and said "Honey, look at this! This is amazing!"

A Life changer indeed!

It's now one year later and I'm reading this new ebook from Jeff Mills. I got about half through the book and stopped dead in my tracks from what I was reading. This book made me say,

"What am I doing? What business should I REALLY be in? I am working too hard. I may be getting off course because I'm so caught up in the tedious details of EVERY aspect of running this business."

Being "caught up" like that can be sometimes described as being "a one-man band." (which is why the video of the one-man band is on this page.)You see, Jeff's book honestly shows you how to "Work Less and Make More Money."

That simple.

And as I was reading it, it made me stop in my tracks and think about how much time and energy I am wasting and how its affecting my income potential.Thank God for life changing moments. Now listen, I'm not trying to sell you anything at all. I just want to put into your hands this resource that may change everything for you like it's changing for me. The resource is free (at least today) so you can get it by clicking on the link below.

My Favorite Internet Word - Residual!

When it comes to Internet marketing and making money online, I have one favorite word that guides most of my product choice decisions - it's the word "residual."

My best working definition for residual is that "you do the work once and you get paid over and over again. Unlike a job where you get paid for the hour you work, basically a one-for-one exchange, residual-based programs allow you to work once and get paid for that same work month after month.

There are a lot of programs, systems and products a person could sell on the Internet. Many of them are "one-sale" items, meaning once you sell the item you have to start at the beginning to sell the next, and the next, and the next...

In my opinion this is a lot of wasted effort. Why not put that same amount of effort into a number of residual-based programs, grow them to the level of monthly income you want, and then sit back and relax? Doesn't this make more sense?

It does to me and it should make sense to you.

90% of the income streams I have are residual-based like Profitmart, Insider Blueprint, The Humanitarian Enterprise, Traffic Testers and Following Up. These programs (and the income I receive from them) support most of the luxuries I enjoy right now. Some of these programs I have not actively advertised in months, yet my monthly income is steadily increasing as a result of them. This is why I recommend residual programs to all of my students.

Every once in a while a good "one-sale" item comes along and I take time to promote it and advertise it. It's usually something that everyone NEEDS rather than a passing WANT item. I know the difference between Internet WANTS and Internet NEEDS. Once such need is a free 10-day email course called Magnetic Sponsoring. EVERY marketer on the 'net NEEDS to get this course. This course will show the correct, most effective way to market and be in business on the Internet.

So, to close out this post today, think RESIDUAL! Residual is best! Residual is my favorite word.
